A traditional and genuine dish with a unique combination of toasted noodles, fish and seafood that bring all the passion of the Mediterranean to this recipe.
Like in the restaurant but at home.
Ready in just 4 steps:
- Put ½ litre of water and a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan or in a medium saucepan (22 / 24 cm in diameter).
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Pour the contents of this envelope and stir until the paste is completely inserted into the water.
- Cook over medium heat, uncovered, until the sauce reaches the desired texture (5 min. Approx.). Stir occasionally.
For an even creamier sauce, remove from heat for a moment before reaching the desired texture.
The result may vary depending on the container and cooking system used.
Store in a cool and dry place.
